EASY STEPS TO ORDERING:
1. Upload your photo.
2. Enter your custom message for the message card in the following format:
Header: for example: To My Mom or Daughter
Body of Message:
(35 characters maximum including spaces). Note: The longer the text, the smaller the portrait. If you have a longer text, contact us prior to ordering.
3. Add to cart and complete your purchase.
4. Your order is processed: We will send an e-mail with a sample of the portrait within approximately 1 - 2 business days after ordering. Replying back to our e-mail is optional.
5. Your necklace is made in approximately 1 - 6 business days after the sample portrait is finalized. Your order ships!

Our team may use similar, same, or different digital watercolor techniques than shown at our discretion to make the portrait for the necklace card. If you have any preferences, please feel free to reach out to us prior to ordering! We'll share a sample proof via email prior to finalizing the work. If we do not receive a reply from you within 24 hours after we send the proof, we will finalize the portrait. Font size and style will be selected by shop.
We may use selected areas/size of the original photo in the custom portrait at our discretion. The portrait will be printed on a card that will fit inside the necklace gift box similar to shown. Photo submitted must be of high quality. If we find the photo submitted when ordering is not meeting the resolution / quality needed; we will ask for another. The jewelry is not personalized.
A separate gift message cannot be included.
