1. Select a candle scent: Vanilla bean, comfort spice, or sea breeze.

2. Upload photo. Please submit a clear photo with high resolution.

3. Add to cart and complete purchase.

4. Your order is processed: We will send an e-mail with a sample of the portrait within approximately 1 - 2 business days after ordering. Replying back to our e-mail is optional.

5. Your order is further processed in approximately 1 - 6 business days after the sample portrait is finalized. Your order ships!

What is included in this purchase? A custom digital watercolor portrait printed on a candle jar with candle inside the jar.

No additional print of the portrait or props shown in the images are included.

If you have any preferences, please feel free to reach out to us prior to ordering! We'll share a sample proof via email prior to finalizing the work. If we do not receive a reply from you within 24 hours after we send the proof, we will finalize the portrait.  

We may use selected areas/size of the original photo in the custom portrait at our discretion. Photo submitted must be of high resolution and quality. 900 x 600 px size high resolution photo preferred but you may submit a size larger than that.  If we find the photo submitted when ordering is not meeting the resolution / quality needed; we will ask for another. Gift box not included and a gift message are not included.
